Overview
Our Terms of Use prohibit using Soltrix to publish certain kinds of content, including content that infringes on patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, grey-market goods, fraudulent content, stolen items, and other unacceptable content.
We expressly reserve the right to moderate prohibited content (but are not required to actively monitor content) and encourage users to submit reports when they see content that violates our Terms of Use.
Soltrix may do any of the following if prohibited content is discovered or reported:
- Limit feature placement and/or search visibility of the content.
- De-monetize the content.
- Delist a token, NFT, or collection entirely.
- Render the content hidden or inaccessible/undiscoverable.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Soltrix takes intellectual property (including copyrights, trademarks, and other IP rights) seriously and will remove content that infringes on intellectual property rights in accordance with applicable U.S. laws. This includes unauthorized derivative works or deceptive imitations of other NFTs. Soltrix may terminate the accounts of users who violate this paragraph.
Soltrix will only remove content when it clearly constitutes infringement on its face. Soltrix will not decide intellectual property disputes between third parties. We will honor a court order regarding intellectual property disputes issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Reporting IP Infringement
Takedown requests may be submitted to Soltrix and will be handled as expeditiously as practical. Requests may only be submitted by IP owners and their authorized representatives and must include:
- The signature of the IP owner or authorized representative (no pseudonyms).
- Identification of the IP or work claimed to have been infringed.
- Sufficient description to allow Soltrix to locate and identify the alleged infringement.
- Contact information for the owner/representative.
- A statement explaining why you believe infringement has occurred and the legal basis for the claim.
- A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information submitted to Soltrix is accurate.

Stolen Property
Soltrix does not permit using its services to sell NFTs that were stolen or fraudulently obtained. If your property was stolen, Soltrix will remove or flag any listing for that property once you provide proper documentation. After 90 days, Soltrix may re-enable listings unless law enforcement requests an extended hold.
To report an NFT or other property as stolen, you must:
- Obtain a police report and submit a copy to Soltrix (we cannot proceed without it).
- Ensure the police report includes:
- Your blockchain wallet address.
- The list of stolen NFT(s), including URL, token ID, or other locators.
- A statement from the police that the NFT(s) were reported stolen.
Misleading Content
Soltrix prohibits misleading items and accounts, including any attempt to impersonate or falsely suggest official affiliation. Soltrix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether an account or item is misleading. Examples include:
- Items with undisclosed “burn mechanisms,” enabling a smart contract to transfer an item to an inaccessible address.
- Collections/accounts simulating fake verification or authenticity indicators.
- Harmful or malicious links anywhere on a collection or item page, including links that could cause loss of user funds or NFTs or otherwise mislead users.
- Collections that do not fulfill stated promises (e.g., unrevealed artwork).
- Any other items or activities that Soltrix determines are misleading.
If you believe content on Soltrix is misleading in a way that is harmful to users, please report it.
